Hi, I’m Matt.

I lead people analytics at Snowflake. I build AI tools and employee-facing products that help people do their best work.

My latest side project is elves, a small local harness that drafts my work before I ask.

Before industry, I studied computational social science at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where my research examined organizational culture, labor market inequality, and firm performance. My work has been published in the Harvard Business Review and Administrative Science Quarterly.

I write here occasionally about things I’m building, thinking about, or find interesting.
